I am feeling sooo much better since stopping the eggs and tomatos. I ate an egg every day, and apparently it was a big part of my problem. I still don't feel 100%, but it has been such a dramatic improvement. So I guess stopping 2+ reaction foods helps. Have you had any luck stopping eggs and tea?

Hey Sneezy! I'm glad to hear you are feeling better! Interestingly enough, I have noticed that what I think was eczema on the back of my scalp disappeared when I stopped drinking tea. The dark circles seem to be somewhat better as well. I don't think they will really improve much until I can get a handle on my sinuses. I'm going to see another ENT tomorrow. I'm hoping he'll have a non-surgical approach to treating my sinusitis. But either way, I'm looking forward to having some resolution.

BTW - my allergy nurse said that after a month or two, I could gradually add back in eliminated foods. She said that you could actually build up tolerance that way. Is that what you were told?

KN you feel exactly how I feel, I still have allergies, but they are no where near as bad as they were. I really thought I had a chronic sinus infection, but all the yellow gunk has disappeared since stopping the eggs and tomato.

Celtic mom, I'm glad you are seeing improvement too. I have already had my sinuses taken care of, perhaps that is why my results seem more dramatic. Your experience looks promising. Good luck with your second opinion ENT.

My ENT nurse didn't say anything to me about adding foods back in, but I will see an allergist next week, perhaps he can give me more insight.
