I was wondering if anyone else continues having the same instrusive thoughts that used to make you go into a panic, but they're not as bothersome anymore. I seem to continue having the horrible thoughts, but I don't react to them the same way I used to - in some ways this makes me feel worse and even more guilty because I think that I should feel horrible for thinking such things.

I don't know if I should respond because my OCD isn't that bad, but I used to have awful intrusive thoughts back in high school. They went away after being on antidepressants for a little while. Occasionally I still get some intrusive thoughts for a few weeks or days at a time, but now that I know more about OCD, I just don't take them seriously and let them come and go. They always go away after a while. I'm on Zoloft too, which helps some.
