Does anyone experience double vision and it is especially bad later in the day?

I recently obtained prism glasses and they help somewhat. The Ophthalmologist is doing a lot of tests and this visual disturbance is awful.

They are looking for Myasthenia Gravis, but so far, I have been within normal limits on the blood work and a tensilon test. I will be getting an EMG this week.

Any information that anyone can give me I would really appreciate. Thank you.
