View Full Version : Clean (again) after long relapse

herbal

My last dose was last Friday.
All the physical w/d seem to be over, but it's a little hard to get comfortable at night.
And I get depressed throughout the day.

I'm craving. What should I do? What do you do?
Thanks.

The best thing for the depression is to GET OUTSIDE. If you can force yourself to walk the dog or weed the garden or whatever, then do it. The sunshine will do wonders for you.

Hi Herbal-
How are you..
until you seek some help for this issue-im afraid-you are going to be in that relapse cycle..ive read some things about tramdol/ultram-that these are addictive..as you know all too well now..remember-when they put heroin on the market-in the late 1800s-it was a cure for morphine addiction..
The sad thing is-that many meds that are supposedly non-addictive-become addictive to certain patients-many ADS are very difficult to get off of-
What to do now???
You haven't used since friday..thats great..
That a running start-would you consider seeing a pychopharm/therapist to get help for your depression?
Perhaps-a Smart Recovery meeting???They are held at local hospitals once a week-or so.
I would love to see you reach out for some help-cos i know it really weighs on you.
best regards..

I would suggest finding someone that you can hang out with to keep you company. I found that when I was by myself it gave me PLENTY OF TIME of how to get more pills/drugs!!! When I told my family, my dad was at my side supporting me through the w/d's. IT MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER; knowing that my father was by my side to make my pain go away! Just to talk makes the pain go away. As far as sleep, can you maybe a 7 day script for sleep aid (ie clonopine, valium, etc...). Not more than 7 b/c that stuff can be addictive as well! I wish you the best and if you need us, we'll be here! :)
