I've been posting on the allergy board for months, but this seems to be more of an eye thing. For about six months I've had all the "usual" sinus problems like watery- itchy eyes, itchy nose, running nose, congestion, ect. My vision has been wildly affected since it all started. When I'm indoors, especially, everything is dark and i feel spaced out, like when i go into Wal-Mart from a bright sunny day it takes a long time for my eyes to get used to the light, and when they do "adjust" its not normal. Better outside. Sometimes during the end of the day, it seems I look around and my eyes are shaking, like I'm trembling. I get black and clear floaters too. This is really effecting my quality of life. One day I was driving and out of no where all the lights (artifical lights, like street lights, store fronts and stoplights) started bending, almost looked like boomarangs, in U shapes. The next day it was gone, and has not happened since! I've noticed the vision thing also tends to be worse when I'm at points of high emotion- like really sad- or on alot of caffine. I just got back on moms health insurance, thats why i havent seen a dr about it. I saw an opt in November, and he said i was fine- just eye pressure. I saw a dr and he said it was allergies and just slung allegra. Nothing has really changed symptomwise since November, is there any reason to go back and see him again? Does this sound like more of an MD problem?
I have anxiety issues and some perception problems as well. I try to tell my loved ones I'm having these problems and they say its all in my head. That's like saying a cavity is all in your tooth.
