Just wondering if anyone can help me out and tell me what is normal in regards to how I should feel physically after a miscarriage.
Keeping in mind that I was only 3.5 to 4 weeks pregnant and stopped bleeding/passing clots after 4-5 days I am wondering if it is normal to have mild cramping fairly infrequently, have some nausea throughout the day, be very tired and have some twinges/tingly feelings in my lower abdomen?
I assume so and know that everyone is different but I thought I would lose some of these symptoms by now...especially those connected to pregnancy.
Thanks,

I have experienced all of those at one time or another after each miscarriage. The symptoms may also be hormonal fluctuations as your body prepares for another cycle.
Love and Prayers, Kelly
P.S. My earliest miscarriage (4 weeks 3 days) took me the longest to recover from physically (took two menstrual cycles before the cramping finally eased up).
