MEETINGS, MEETINGS, MEETINGS - ask for help (not sign of weakness as I thought), oh and by the way.....go to meetings - NA OR AA - there is safety in numbers. Good luck and blessings to you.

Hi, i just came across your post and wnated to share my experience with you. I am currently 6 days clean from opiate addiction heroin. I am using suboxene. I utterly amazed how well this detox drug works! I have been able to function normaly. Have not really experienced any withdrawl syptoms. I was highly motivated to get clean and suboxene was a miracle drug. I have no urges cravings which that in itself is wierd. I actually live everday now without thinking about my next high. that has allowed me to remember that life can be lived without drugs which i had forgotten for a long time. It is so refreshing to wake up and not have to reach for the drug and live life! Granted it has only been six days however I know now that using drugs again is not an option in my life anymore because I choose to live normal from this point forward. Suboxene gave me the oppurtunity to make this decision. I hope you make the same one in your life because as we all know time fly's and life is short. I will pray for you tonight and all addicts who choose life over drugs

Hi 6 days clean! I started the Suboxene regimen yesterday. My last trip to the meth clinic was on Saturday - I saved my Sunday for Monday - did not drink Sunday, but felt okay. I was on methadone for 9 years! I had a life long addiction to opiates, pharms mostly. I was ecstatic to read your news about how good the Suboxene is working for you. Yesterday was one subutex, today was 2 subutex and tomorrow I start the Suboxene - 60 tabs, 2 a day, dissolved under the tongue. I too feel good after not going to the clinic for 2 days! I started on the suboxone after 22 mgs. of methadone daily. I hope this works for me as well as it is working for you. May I ask you, how long do you plan to be on it? Do you think 4 weeks is long enough to rid my body totally of opiates? Thanks and God Bless You. From: typnwiz
