I've had some mild symptoms of Hives in my past summers or after extensives exercising. Now I am in my 3rd summer in Texas, and I can truly say that it is caused by heat with combination of sweat and maybe something in the air such fungus oak, or grass... I get my breakouts starting in April and lasts until the end of the summer, they are getting worst every summer. I've started with Allegra, then Allegra combined Zantac and Prednisone but it seems that my body is getting used to the treatement and nothing is working. I love gardening, exercising and I hate to miss on my kids outdoor activities.
Did anyone figure out what kind of food to avoid breakouts? Could this be a cycle and might go away on it's own, because I don't think doctors have a cure, except for temporary reliefs.

thanks for reading and sharing.
