I just found out today that according to an echo I had done a few months ago that I have LVH. My doctor explained it to me a little but I still seem to be lost and dont understand what caused this problem. Is this treatable? Can I reverse the damage? What would cause this? What can I do? Anyone please help me. I am 23 years old and afraid of what could happen. What should I be doing? How bad is this problem?
