Have you tried the memory pillow? I was in a car wreck last year and the doctor told me to try one. For me it worked great.

No I haven't. Do you have to buy it somewhere special? I have tried so many pillows, they work for a few months and then they don't. I know it's the pillow contributing to my neck pain because when I wake up, the back of my neck feels stiff like I can't move my neck and it is so painful. Thanks

You can buy them at Wal-Mart. They are the ones that if you push down on them with your hand it leaves an imprint for a while. They are supposed to adjust to your body and the way you sleep. I had whiplash and had alot of trouble with my neck. It really did help me out alot. I would highly recommend one.
