Anyone else experience irritable bowel on the way to work?
At least once a week I get an attack and suffer through it until I can locate the nearest Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes that's a whole 45 minutes of pain and chills. Mine begins with stomach cramping that feels like awful gas pains and results in running to the bathroom. In most cases I'll feel better afterwards, sometimes it will linger through the day.
Although I have battled IBS for 12 years now, this seems to be the predominant time it flares up, except for the occasional reaction to a food, allergy med, or when I'm expecting my period.
Anyone have suggestions as to why this happens and how to help avoid this morning grind?
Need a work from home job!
Also interested in info. about yeast...never heard of this.
Helpful tips:
Eliminating high fructose corn syrup from my diet several years ago really help me avoid flare ups throughout the day. Also, for gas pain Phayzme works really well --I've tried everything in my day :bouncing:
