For months now, my left ear had been blocked up so I could barely hear out of it, but as time went on I practically forgot about it as my right ear was completely fine. But since Tuesday morning, my right ear is now blocked up too so I can barely hear at all, everything just sounds muffled and its a pain to be honest. Due to certain circumstances I havent had a doctor for a fair few months, is there any way I can sort it out without seeing a doctor? Any help would be appreciated :confused:
