Hi Steph. In response to your request about breast reduction...I have not had it, although I've considered it for years. I too have constant back pain and daily headaches. However, my step-daughter just had it done this summer. She is totally thrilled with her new "girls", even though she's been told it will be at least six months before they look they way they should. She says she was not prepared for the amount of pain and length of recovery, and that anyone planning on going through it should have someone with them for at least the first several days. It took her a coulpe of months to get her energy back and feel "normal" again, although it was only a few weeks before she was cautiously doing things. However, she says she would do it again, and it was all worthwhile. Her advice to anyone considering it is to find a doctor who specializes in breast surgery, and who will try to keep the scars to a minimum and make every attempt to avoid desensitizing the nipples. Good luck!
