Quick question... what can you do when the heart rate drops to 40 or so per minute?

My daughter was hospitalized with a HR of 35,but she was feeling faint and dizzy.She also has 2nd degree heart block which will require a pacemaker in the future.
Are you having dizziness or feeling unwell?... When you exert yourself does your heart rate increase?...If you are in really good shape sometimes your heart rate at rest is low. If you are concerned see a doctor
