after you have 2 or 3 menstrual cycles is usually what they recommend!

I've been doing tons of reading on this and most professionals say after your first normal period.
I think it is all up to the individual but I'm new to this game and wasn't that upset with my miscarriage...I wasn't totally sure I was pregnant and very early so it makes it easier and therefore less emotional and scared about trying again.

the nurse i saw after my miscarriage told me after your next period is ok, but i was only 6 weeks along so it may be different for different people.
