Hello, this is a general question regarding lungs & detoxing. I do not have any problems with my lungs, so to the people with lung disorders, my heart goes out to you.
My wife taped an Opera show & had me watch it. The show had a doctor who preformed autopsy’s, this doctor showed to the audience many organs, including a complete man (donor) When the doctor got to the lungs, he said that most lungs are dirty from pollution, smoking etc... It took him a month to locate one that was clean. He went on to show the difference from smoking, non-smoker's that lived in a city & the clean lung that took a month to locate.
I work in a really bad polluted job & live in a city, so my question is: Does any of the detox for lungs that you see in many health books work? has there been any lung detox studies of before & after?
Thanks,
JD
