Hi I burned my right hand with really hot water, now it is red and numb anything I can do

wordsontour 08-31-2005, 01:43 AM It sounds more like a 3rd degree burn. What color is the skin? If it is white, black, brown or charred looking, you need to go to a hospital immediately. This can cause major scarring. If the area is numb, you have damaged nerves, which is a 3rd degree burn. Megan |
