Hey, everyone...
I just had a routine outpatient surgery last week, and, prior to surgery, I was forced to get bloodwork done. Now, I know that regular bloodwork does not indicate whether someone is HIV+ or not, but am I right in believing that if there was something noticeably wrong with my white blood cells that the doctor would have seen that and informed me?
Also, since the bloodwork was done for a surgical procedure, what are the odds that there was an HIV-like test done on my sample?
Thanks!
