Oh! great I have two skin conditions. My life is ruined :(

Okay I have both Fordyce Spots and Cheilitis. My bottom lip peels more than the top. Also I have little white spots on my lip top and is spreading too my bottom lip. I really need some help or support. I want to know if someone can help me find at least a place or a doctor or derm in California. Thats all that I ask for.
