I have a sinus infection, head pain, post nasal drip, bad breath..Does this cure up on it's own or is medication needed? Are there any natural cures?

No, it's clear but I know it's a sinus infection. I have a lot of conjestion.

Congestion with clear nasal discharge is usually a symptom of allergies. Try using an over-the-counter nasal decongestant for a few days and see if this helps. Also, try some saline nasal spray. If you're not better soon, make an appt. to see your doctor.

I have had a sinus infection for 3 years now. Whatever you do don't take antibiotics that was my biggest mistake. Irragate and hope it goes away on it's own!
