I was just wondering about feedback from anyone who has been through the process- positive or negative. I am looking into it now and am wondering what the recovery will be like. I have 3 small children to look after and am a stay at home mom so I have to find out how long I will be out of commision to arrange for childcare, help and such.

I sure did! I had my reduction many years ago, (had bad ptosis), and had the whole nine yards. Then, after my babies, and breastfeeding, I had to have them put back onto my chest! (full anchor lift). Anyway, my recovery was much better the second time. I used hyperbaric oxygen to help in healing, and it made a HUGE difference. Plan on being able to do more than those that have had a breast aug under the muscle. There is much less pain involved (I got implants the second time around). My recovery was about 5 days - 7 days of not doing too much, then I was pretty much back to normal, with the exception of lifting, and stretching the skin in that area. If you have any questions, please feel free to write me back. I'm in Ft. Lauderdale, so if you are anywhere near, I would love it if you would talk to my surgeon. He did a fantastic job.
