Hello

For this past week i have been having stomach aches and feel sick sometimes at night time. Nigh time is the worst time, but why does it affect us more at night then day? Is there any way to possibly help night time?

Thanks

I don't know exactly what you're looking for in an answer, but I will tell you that if I eat certain things like fruit, I have acid reflux when I lay down to sleep at night, and that is one reason I might feel worse. However, I tend to generally "feel worse" in the morning after waking up in the morning. I sometimes have "morning sickness" even though I am not pregnant - usually I am fine after I drink enough water. I feel horrible any time I am even the slightest dehydrated.

I guess I am saying that I don't believe people in general feel worse at night.

During the day when you are busy your mind is not focusing on your misery. At night when you go to bed your brain runs away with itself thinking about your misery.

Also, at end of the day your body is tired and tired bodies seem to cry more with misery.
