What are foods and meals I can eat to be healthy, look/feel good, and lose a little bit of weight? I'm a little confused on what's good for me, or how many calories I should be eating each meal or snack. I've been tryin to run/walk as much as I can, and lift weights every once in a while, so I'm getting there w/the exercising, I just need healthy eating habits. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated.

I would say let common sense guide your eating habits. The obvious things, lean meats such as chicken, turkey, fish, egg whites, lots of veggies, salads, low GI fruits, healthy fats such as olive oil, flax seed oil, nuts. Eat small mealse every 3 hrs (300-400 calories). In terms of how many total calories it depends on your activity level.
