I just wondered if it was just me. I see things moving all the time and then there is nothing there. Then I see things and think they are something else. Like a rock is a turtle, that kind of thing. sometimes I see a lot of shadows enough that i would rather focus on them, then who i am talking to.

does anyone else do this? that is one of the reasons my pdoc had me do the mri. then he said maybe its from doing acid so long ago. does this make sense to anyone?

thanks for your input.

The wife see's stuff. One nite it was pig people. They were tring to get the dounuts on the table.
Other times it's the same items like a black cat or someone in the hall. It upsets her at times and I try my dangest to be of help. However, I can not tell when she is seeing these things. To her, they are real.

From GeeGee, Hi ! mudhound....,
Bless your heart, You just have a rough time don't you ?
I don't know how my Hubby stands me, sometimes.
I truly do admire you for hanging in there with your wife. Always remember..,
" If you think you are at the end of your rope, just tie a knot in the *****
thing and HANG ON ! "
Why do you think your wife sees things ? Let me hear from you, okay ?

Hi Goofy

I experience exactly what you do and I did a lot of acid in the past too. I have flashbacks (usually when I'm quite stressed out) and quite often mistake one thing for another now (I think a bin bag is a dog on the pavement, a coat hanging up is a person and so on). I also get times when everything is '3D' the colours are more vibrant than usual and everything looks larger than life. I sometimes feel like I'm in an arcade game - nothing around me seems real. I'm kinda used to it now though so it doesn't really bother me too much - I just avoid stroking dogs until I'm sure that's what they are!

I am laughing my head off! I do the same like you said, like a street sign is a person, a stump is a dog, isn't it strange?? glad I'm in good company.

Mud, that has to be so tough for you! you are one helluva guy!

It's so GREAT that we can share the good and the bad together. It' tough sometimes. The pig people was one of the funnest ones we have had.
I think i'll post the entire story.
