Hi, I received a pamphlet from my healthcare provider in the mail; in it there is a list of things you should have or have access to in case of a health emergency at your home or office. The list includes such things as AED, which I know is an Automatic External Defibrilator. Also on the list is a UNI. I have no clue what this is. I have called my doctor, healthcare provider, 4 local hospitals, and 2 university medical libraries. No one knows what a UNI is!! I am going insane, please help  Thanks, -Anthony

I looked it up on a site also, but nothing came back. I think it meant to say UTI maybe it was a typo!

Thanks for the responses guys. Seems like nobody knows, it was just one of those things that had been bugging me for days and I had to post here and ask. It was probably a typo as nobody has heard of UNI that I have talked to, including several people who work at the HMO that wrote the mailer. I am even taking a health class at a local college and my professor has no clue either. :o Thanks again, -Anthony
