The GI diet lets you eat fresh fruit and cottage cheese. I do not know if this is the only one.

Most diets include fruit and cottage cheese; both nourishing and pretty low is calories.

I'm an at home mom too (I do work at our small local library 5-6 hours a week, and I'm my hubby's personal assistant- he runs 8 restaurants), so I know how hard it is to get out sometimes! My son was so hard to leave the house with when he became too big for the Snugli, never sitting still, always on the move. My suggestion is to take your child for walks in the stroller or get a bike-compatible stroller. They are wonderful! If I had that kind of contraption when Sam was little, I probably would not have gained so much weight! Also, enlist your hubby's help! Have him babysit while you go to the gym or take a water aerobics class. As for the eating, I'm a Foodie too! But, since I make the meals, I can control what goes into them. It has taken me MANY years to finally admit that I need to retrain myself in how to eat right. Add the cottage cheese and fruit, just make sure they are REPLACING the higher fat and calorie snacks you would normally have had. It takes some time, but changing those habits can make such a difference! In the last four months of my retraining, I have lost 27 pounds. It really does work!
