i am hypo and have just started on the tread mill but i only work the treadmill before i go to sleep due to working night shifts, i go on the treadmill at 6am and do about 3 kliks of brisk walking but when i get up in the afternoon i am more hypo than normal ie verry sweaty and shakey im not to bad when i eat somthing has anyione else get this or is the treadmill making me go hyper or is there somthing i can eat before i sleep

You need to eat before walking treadmill. If you walk with blood sugar on the low side, it will go lower with exercise. Your body needs fuel in order to walk without going too low.

And make sure some of that fuel is protein! Protein (with some carbohydrates) will carry you through the night long after your body's insulin has processed all the carbs.
