Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience with any of the tattoo removal creams that are out there?? Such as tat-b-gone??? I've been reading about it online alot. I have a big ugly tattoo on my shoulder blade that I want GONE but can't really afford laser surgery. Plus, the tat has alot of green in it which i'm told is the hardest color to remove.
Any advice or info would be appreciated. :jester:

Well, I had never heard of such a thing until I saw your post, but you got me searching the internet too! In my research found an alternative called Rejuvi that looks like that is cheaper & quicker than the Tat-b-gone type products, but it has to be done professionally by a tattoo artist (maybe one that does cosmetic tattooing). Now I just have to find someone in my area that does that!

I had a tattoo removed over 15 years ago on my ankle. When I had it removed it was done by dermabrasion and it hurt like h***. I still think my father called the doctor and said make it hurt, lol. People ask me if I was burned on a motorcycle now because of the scarring it left. I almost wish I still had it. On the creams, etc. I have to think that if they really worked, dermatologists would be selling it or recommending it. The reinking it to cover it up sounds possible but there are certain colors that are about impossible to cover or remove. For what it is worth you might try having a tattoo artist redesign your tattoo to something else?? Good luck

I've heard white is actually a color that cannot be removed. Watched a show on discovery channel i think about a guy who removed them for a living and as many visits as you go to for laser removal white will not go away. I've also heard a few of the blues too.
I have never heard of the creams out there and my guess is that they cant be 100% successful at removal. Maybe go for a coverup as someone else mentioned...goodluck
