It sounds like you have some of the impairments in the SSA adult listings but everything depends on multiple factors, like age, education, points, etc...
Have you applied for SSDI? If not, please do. There isn't any reason to wait as the process is a long one and you may be faced with multiple applications as well as an appeal. If you have good medical evidence, aren't currently working and aren't expected to work in the next 12 months, and have support from the dr's, then your chances are better. Good luck to you!

It all depends on just how all of this really impacts you as far as what you can and cannot do.The overall severity of all of your medical issues on your daily living.it takes alot of documentation in your medical records as far as actual Dx and any treatments and such. You also need records from ANYONE that has really treated you,at all.Therepists and any sort of other medical professionals. Also get any and all hospital records from all of your surgerys. Then be prepared to wait, very long in most cases.i was rather lucky in that even though I was denied the first time around, my actual entire process took less than a year, though I was prepared for the long haul if needed.Thankfully it was all over soon.i just really cannot believe how long this whole process can actually take for some people.Even though my wait was not long when compared to some of the other unfortunate souls here, we were in great financial dept and were on the verge of actually losing our home when i was finally approved,Whew! i wish you luck with your claim. But in the meantime, we are all here and in different phases of the process and the support and answers to the many questions that pop up during your process, can in most cases,be answered by at least one or two of us.i found the support I got here to be wonderful while I was going crazy during the active phase. And I still come here to try and support those of you that are in the waiting phase.nice people here dontcha know?Good luck,Marcia
