Ok - stayed out way too long yesterday. But I did use sunscreen on my arms - problem is under my arms. Also I was under an shelter, but apparently my chest (small circle where my shirt didn't cover) is BURNT. Ok - so I know I screwed up and have been rubbing some aloe with lidocaine.
Well last night when I went home (outside starting at 11am) at around 8pm (without dinner, but I did drink juice drinks) I literally all of a sudden couldn't stand up or walk. I sat down VERY dizzy with the whole room spinning and it stayed that way until I went to bed. Woke up a couple of times with calf cramps and hubby got me a glass of water to help (possible dehydration).
So - if this is sunpoisoning - should I feel better soon? I mean I am doing lots better today, but just this afternoon I am getting that feeling again - dizzy. I have been drinking water and tea most of the day.

I had sun poisoning once from going to Florida. I got a severe sunburn on my back. It made me feel sick to my stomach -- like I had the flu but with no other symptoms. I was exhausted and could barely move for 24 hours. The next day I was OK. Just burnt. It sucked.
