Hi Everyone. New to this website. I am just wondering in anyone has issues with sweating while they sleep, and if so, what do you do to control it. Sometimes I wake up drenched and it's really uncomfortable, especially when I am sleeping over at my boyfriend's.

How old are you? I had night sweats when I was 42-47 and finally diagnosed with menopause.

I'm interested in the answer, too, as I've been sweating profusely during the night for the past two weeks. I've even put the airconditioning on full blast, which isn't helping at all. I've been changing my sheets everyday and it's annoying!

I cannot imagine it's menopause, although I did just see a girl on the Today show a women who went through menopause at 14 and couldn't have children. I am 27 yrs old though.
