View Full Version : Anyone, Tri-Luma for dark scar after BBC removal?

I had a BCC removed from my leg last year, and went for my 6 month check-up yesterday. I complained about the dark scar it left, and she said it looked like where blood had collected under the skin during the healing time, and left an iron deposit, so to speak. It is ugly!!

She said I could try Tri-Luma on it for a while to see how it would work, and gave me 2 small samples and a RX for a tube. She said it had a slight bleaching effect. This stuff costs $100 a tube, and insurance does not cover it! Has anyone here used it for any reason, and how did it work for you?
