HELLO to ALL,
I just got a call from the Sleep Clinic ! My studies showed that......,
" I do NOT have Sleep Apnea ! " I am glad to hear this, however,
my BPDoctor had said that hopefully, if we could get this sleep under control,
maybe I could go OFF some of my meds., so.............,
As Reesie says..., ' It's not right and it's not wrong, it just is. '
So, I guess my family will leave me alone, thinking I am going to die in my
sleep !
This is how it goes......., My GH can be sitting in the living room, and hear
me snoring in the bedroom,
and he has to turn up the volumn on the TV !
I really don't know what to do next........., Ok, I have tried the nose strips,
and they pull off a bit of skin, when I take them off.
Then, it takes a while for my nose to NOT look like it's flat as a flitter !
Also, I have tried the nose spray, to no avail. I even tried the stuff that
you spray in the back of your mouth >>>>>> <<<<<<<<<
Does anyone have any suggestions ? If so, please let me know.
THANKS for listening...,

Great news Gee Gee! I don't know what else to try that you haven't already. You might ask an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist what to do.

THANKS for your reply ! I really appreciate it !
I have heard that different types of surgeries can be done, however I think
I will steer clear of the ENT Doc's !
NOPE ! I don't think so........,

Just a thought Gee Gee, Have you tried changing you pillow, some people have the same pillow they had for the last ten years. Your supposed to change your pillow out ever 2 years, if your pillow has gone mushy, your
head might be in a bad position.
Also don't forget to avoid sugar before you go to bed, it lossens the pallet for some odd reason, making snoring worse (psst that includes cakes and breads and alcohol too LOL) I find if I snack on something sweet, I saw wood.
Everyone knows drunks snore louder, its the sugar as much as the alcohol that does that.

Hi ! From Gee Gee,
Hi ! Dave, THANKS for your reply ! It's great to hear from you !
OK, Well, I change pillows all of the time, and I actually struggle with three !
Hey ! I will work on that...,
THAT'S IT ! THAT'S IT ! IT'S THAT ****SUGAR !!! Way too much icecream..,
and STUFF, before bedtime.....,
(psst..., we know it is not alcohol), I could never drink alcohol, bc if it got
mixed up with all of these meds., I would be a gonner !LOL.,
(pssst.., I have been there, done that tho), as my Kids say...,
' Back in the Old Days '....,
This reminds me of ' Otis ', on the Andy Griffith Show...., he ends up drunk,
and just comes on in the jail, and goes to bed because he has no other place to go ! Pooor Otis..., I used to love that show !
It is, for sure, before your time. However, they do still have re-runs !
I was so afraid I had hacked you off, last night....., I thought I may have come on too strong, about you doing better.
I really am so glad that you are, doing better, and I hope you continue...,
Take Care.., Let me hear from you,
