Hi... in the summer months I develop a few issues.

First, on my hands (fingers specifically) numerous small skin colored tiny bumps. They are somewhat *****. They do not itch but are quite unattractive.

Also, during the summer I tend to get rather severe acne on my arms and back, often near the hem of my clothes.

Can anyone help me to diagnose these?
