I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH MY SKIN BUT IT HAS A LEATHERY TEXTURE. IM ONLY 29 FAIR SKINNED AND NEVER GET OUT IN THE SUN! I USE VITAMIN E OIL AND ALL MY FRIENDS BAKE IN THE SUN AND DONT HAVE SKIN LIKE MINE! WHAT CAN A PLASTIC SURGEON DO ABOUT THAT! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

You might try the simplest thing first, like
microdermabrasion. Some of us are having some
success with it. It is probably less expensive than
laser resurfacing. Are you a smoker - that seems to
give people that leathery look but you are awfully
young for that to be the case.
The dermabrasion and peel seems to take off the top
layers of skin. It might be worth a try before
getting into something more involved.
