I really need some help finding a GREAT Revision Rhinoplasty Dr. and a Dr. that can perform a GREAT BREAST AUGMENTATION DR. I would like to have both done at the same time. I am trying to avoid going under twice. I have had 4 rhinoplasty surgeries, and I can't breath well at all now. I also have two collapes and a deviated septum. I have thick skin too. I need to find a Dr. that works well with thick skin, and can give me that cute nose that I have always wanted from the start. I am willing to travel anywhere. Please Please can anyone help me find the best revision rhinoplasty Dr. And Breast Augmentation Dr. Also, can two Dr.s work together if I can't find one Dr. that can do both fantasic. Who would you recommend?
Thank you!!!!

O.K. here goes. The last thing you want is for a Dr. who is good at going breast aug. doing a revision rhino. surgery. WHY? Because a Dr. who is awsome at revision rhino. will be someone who specializes in surgeries of the face. A Doc who does great boobs is a general plastic surgeon. You are comparing apples to oranges here. You need to find an amazing facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who is known for revisions and then he can recommend a surgeon who can perform your breast aug. I noticed that you said that you have thick skin. This is something that takes a real specialist to work with. Luckily for you I too have thick skin and am now one year post op from a very difficult revision rhinoplasty. After doing my research I chose Dr. Paul Nassif in Beverly Hills, CA. He is awsome with all kinds of ethnic groups, he is very well versed in cases of people who have thick skin. He is meticulous about his work, and he is KNOWN for his revisions. That is why I chose him! He has several Dr.'s that use his surgery center who do great breast augumentations. Any questions dont hesitate to ask.

Take care,

Rosanna

Thank you so very much for your reply. It's funny because I just contacted Dr. Nassif's office. His price for revision rhinoplasty was so high. I was floored. I need my nose fixed so bad because of my breathing difficulties. Did insurance help you out at all. Was your surgery pricey? Did Dr. Nassif do any cosmetic work on your nose as well? I was told that with my thicker skin that you can't do alot of cosmetic work. Do you love your nose now? Have you heard of Dr.Corbin, or Dr. Rollin Daniel? What have you heard?
Have a great day, and thanks for your reply.

Thank you!!! I sent Dr. Nassif my photos, and he said that he would only want to do the breathing part of my surgery. He said he was nervous to do any cosmetic because he was afraid that my nose might collape. I was a little sad because I wanted just a little more of my nose thinned out. Did he say that to you then decided to attempt some cosmetic. Did he have to use ear cartlige? I have two collapes now that need to be fixed. I have had 4 rhinoplasty surgeries. How many have you had? He was around 15,000 for my rhinoplasty and that was just fixing the breathing. Talk to you soon I hope.

Hi anne,

Once you see Dr. Nassif in person he may change his mind (or he may not). But I would definitely still take the opportunity to consult with him. I never sent him my pictures ahead of time I just scheduled the consultation and went in to see him. He did end up using ear cartilage ( from one ear). My revision with Dr. Nassif was my third surgery.

Take care,

Rosanna

Did You See Dr Nassif In Person? I Wonder Why Some Are $7000 And Others Double That Price. It's Seems Pricing Is All Over The Board And It May Not Even Imply If They're Good Or Bad. I'm Waiting To Do My First Rhinoplasty And Wondered What This Collapsing Is All About. Does The Tip Bend Down Or Is It More Of A Breathing Problem?
Thanks

That's so good to know Rosie. I will make an oppt with him. I just got so scared when he said around $15,000 that's so much. I too need ear cartlidge put into my nose to build up my collape on my left side. I am soooo scared because I don't want him to build up that one side, and make my nose bigger. I actually wanted him to make it a little bit smaller. My nose looks alright now, and if it came out bigger or not as nice I would be so upset. I want to breath again, and I thought hey if he was going in I would have him beautify a little more. TOBOCOZ: My reply to your question is if your Dr. takes too much of your cartilige out of your nose then your nose will collapse. My collaspe is down by my nostrils, and I was told there is one up inside my nose that I can't see. Just be soooo careful, and get the right Dr. the first time.

Anne,

Once he sees you in person he will know exactly how much time it would take to correct your issues and you will have an exact price at that time. One thing for sure is that you dont want to base your choice for a revision specialist strictly on price. You want to know that you are going to get the best result so that you wont have to go thru it again. Be sure and let Jade know that you spoke with me, and be sure and let me know how your consult comes out. When are you scheduled to see him?

Take care,

Rosanna

I haven't got a scheduled time yet to see Dr. Nassif. I was needing to fax over my post opp. reports. Do you have an email where I could email my photos to you? I would like to hear what you think. I can't remember did you have any collapes? Could you breath well? How do you breath now? Thanks for all your replys.

HI,

I have had my 4th rhino performed by Dr. Constantian in New Hampshire, please oh please go see him! He is very well known, voted best in the world for secondary rhinoplasty alongside two other very good docs. According to the New York Times.

I would hesitate to see a ps who already has stated he would not be willing to perform a procedure due to his uncomfortability. My husband is a maxillofacial surgeon, he often turns patients away for facial reconstruction, if he thinks someone else is better equipped to handle the procedure. Secondary rhino's are very complicated and need to be handled by the best, and only the best. I too had several docs in southern california do three rhino's, every time it came out worse. Dr. Constantian can definitely help you! Visit his website, put in a search for him. It will come up. I hope you find this helpful.

I want to do the same procedures. I would go with Dr Nassif for the Rhino and Dr Kim for the BA. They are associates and you can have both procedures on the same day. Dr Nassig quoted me almost $11K for the rhino (I'm Black) and Dr Kim charges $6K for a BA. You would save about $1500 if you did both on the same day.
