Hi All,

just wanna vent my anger.....my shoulder and neck are in pain again. head feels so heavy tt my neck cannot support. the muscle along e right side of my neck through shoulder is so tense tt i feel nauseous. i kept rotating my neck to relieve the tension. so many cracking sound. is it time for my next dental visit? if i m not wrong, it has been awhile since i felt like tt.
i cannot lift heavy weights esp overhead. the strain is too much.
