Traumatized

My dental distress began a year ago when no.6 kept me up all night for a week until I finally managed to find a dentist who would take a look at it. Of course, there was a cavity (so the dodgy dentist thought but I had a sinking sensation that it was already absessed and written off). The dentist treated it as a minor cavity. All was quiet for a few months until I couldn‘t bite on it again…so I went back and forth…back and forth.as the dnt tried to save an already lost tooth with some herbal remedies. Finally, after 2 long flights at xmas, my tooth was yelping for a root canal. The day I sat down and nodded to having my nerve killed and pulp removed was the day I will never forget. The dnt didn‘t freeze the tooth and let the drill roar on first gear into my absessed tooth. I squeeled like a piglet and felt traumatised. I left the office feeling giddy for the rest of the day and like my brain was being tickled. Since that day, I haven‘t been normal. I have mind gaps more frequently and incessant pain. I almost passed out one day at the mall from the jolting pain that was shooting from beneath out thru the hole in no.6. I changed dentists, and started having jaw problems, earaches and a full feeling in my cheek. The new dts took an xray and found 4 wisdom teeth, the one on the troubled side being impacted and almost touching the main nerve. She decided to remove it thinking it was the cause of all evil in my mouth. The tooth‘s roots were grown under no.7 and one long one was growing all the way down and I heard her say „better close it up fast because the main nerve is visible“ during the 45min. operation. I felt ok for 5 days with antibiotics and then headaches, feverish without a temperature, earache, nausea and throbbing. A month later I had a root canal done properly on no.6 after a month of weekly cleaning. 4 months later I am suffering from brutal pain that debilitates me. The dentist and several other specialists I have visited say that my teeth are healthy which surprises me because they all ache on that side and feel like they are rotting. A recent panoramic x-ray shows no signs of a failed root canal even though I have phases when I can‘t bite on it. My cheek feels full and like a piece of wood, my lips quiver, my speech is affected, my ear aches and the other side has recently started mimicking it, the whole lower jaw bone throbs and especially near the area where no. 8 was extracted, nausea and my head feels like it has a fever and again without a temperature. I have had a CT and an MRI and nobody has been able to find anything (then again I am living in the Czech Republic temporarily and they do have a weird way about doing things). I have been to a neurologist who tried Timmonil and Gabalept with little positive effect and all the side effects ailed me that were at the bottom of the list. My sinuses are clean and my ears are healthy. I haven‘t got any sign of infection in my blood either. The pain is constant these days. Have you got any ideas? Is no.6 the cause of it all? Could it be NICO?
