Just wondering if anyone else is using Wild Yam Cream for menopausal symptoms, and if so, is it working?!

I've just bought some to try, and I'm rather confused as to where to put it - I've read inner arms, inner thighs, stomach, breasts and vaginal lips - does it go all these places or just one of them?! (Also, can it go inside vaginal lips in case of dryness - is that safe?)

I've also bought the Wild Yam tablets, also Black Cohosh and Agnus Castus, all of which have been recommended to me by alternative therapists. Any news on these would also be welcome!

It's just another name for another natural progesterone creme. Haven't used that brand, but you will want to place it around yoru wrist, inner thighs or breasts, even belly. It's absorbed the fastest in those places. I always used the inner arm, worked well for me.
