:bouncing: I just wanted to say that i woke up this morning more depressed that usual but I got up about 10:00 and check my account like I do every morning and there and behold there was my back pay from ssi. I was so happy that I did not know what to do but to thank God. I called ss and they told me that my disabilty will start this month and that my backpay should be in my account soon. I just want everyone who is going through with what I have just to keep the faith and keep praying. Thank you for all the responses that I got back from my questions and God bless.

Good for you!!! May I ask how long it took from when you found out that you were approved until you got the money in your account? I found out on 5-19 went to SSA on 6-2 for paperwork and am still waiting.

I am very happy for you. I hope I will hear about mines very soon. I went down to SSA office today and they print out for me a status report saying that they haven't finished working on my claim and they couldn't tell me whether or not I will be paid benefits or not. I am hoping and praying based on all the medical problems I have plus five notebooks of medical records from many doctors I am currently been treated now and the past that will make a difference in my claim. Take care beegie I will let eveyrbody know when I hear something hopefully this month.

Congrats, to u Jackson1...I am sooo happy for you..Tiresome, when my husband received his award letter, he was paid 7 days later....Hope that helps ya some..
