I recently read something on Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (also Laureth), which is in most shampoos, toothpastes, and deodorants, etc. Apparently it's really toxic & full of nitrates, like eating a pile of bacon every day. And it gets under your scalp and into your bloodstream.
My question: Does anybody know of a good lauryl-free shampoo that gets your hair REALLY CLEAN? All the stuff I've tried, even the good brands, leave a residue-y feeling. I like a good squeaky clean - I like Suave Daily Clarifying, but it's full of SLS, like most supermarket brands.
