Can some of you please suggest ways to improve my chin up strength?
I have been doing wide grip lat pulldowns, assisted wide grip chins, t-bar rows, seated rows, etc and I can now do 2 or 3 wide grip chins in a row but seem to be making painfully slow improvements with these exercises. I have changed my routine every 4-5 weeks for the last 6 months but seem to keep recycling the same exercises. Any alternatives that might help would be greatly appreciated.

I've not tried this, but one suggestion I see frequently is just do the negative part of the pullup. Do as many as you can properly, and then jump up to the top position and slowly lower yourself back down.
