Does anyone know if you can be estrogen dominant during postmenopause years?
I have not had periods for about 4 years. Also, I am hypothyroid but taking medicine for that. I have noticed my breast being more tender. Also I have heard that using progesterone cream would help.
I didn't know you could be estrogen dominant being postmenopause.

Lady,
In your research, did they list any other symptoms of post-menopause estrogen dominance besides the tenderness?

Apparently we are absorbing estrogen from all sorts of sources and so this is what causes us to become this way ... dunno how true this is ... and makes me wonder why we even go through menopause if this is the case .. all very confusing isn't it

I found out if you have red palms it can be a sign of estrogen dominance, fluid retention.
See I have been hypo so long that I did not have this problem. Now since my body awakened from the hypo, now I am dealing with this estrogen dominance thing. I am going to see what kind of foods have estrogen.

Yeah and what are we suppose to do. I think meat would have estrogen in it more then anything.
