Hello All,
I have decided that for the summer, im going to try and gain some weight, and maybe get some muscle mass.
My Goals:
To look bigger, not as skinny, not as boney, have fat on my arms and legs, and my chest but have it look toned.
My Reestrictions:
Since I have anxiety and vertigo, some things wont do. I dont have access to a gym, i cant run too fast or overwork myself or i may pass out or get dizzy, and i dont want to take any pills lol
Now, I was hoping somebody, or people here could help me set up a regiment for when i should train, howi should do it, how often, what i should eat, how much, how often, etc
I have 2 and a half months (summer break) And i weigh about 118lbs, id like to get up to at least 130, but 145 is my goal. Is this possible? I would work real hard towards doing this, i really want to do it for myself!!
