I am so confused I've been shopping around for months for a doctor for rhinoplasty and don't know which procedure is better open or closed rhinoplasty?? I know that open is more involved but is it more accurate?

DR.JEFFREY TOBIAS HANDS DOWN.. Go to his site asap.. He is the best.. He only does NOSE JOBS.. He isnt one of those PLastic Surgeons who does that and everything else.. JUST THE NOSE so he is a specialist at it.. GO TO HIS SITE NOW.. he actually helps people as well who have had botched nose jobs and he fixes them.. SO HE IS THE BEST...!! HANDS DOWN.! I FLEW ACROSS THE STATES TO GO TO HIM..shh dont tell!

Did you have Revision Rhinoplasty or was it a first time nose job ? I need revision Rhinoplasty so I want to make sure I get the Right Dr. this time!

I went to Joseph Fodero (also in NJ) and he also specializes in rhinoplasty. I had an open rhino bc I had extensive tip work done.
