lately I have been having a reaction to EVERYTHING cramping, loose stools, sometimes diareah…I have not changed my diet…I eat well etc! this happens almost everyday and its ruining my life cause im always paranoid about people finiding out and panicing if there is a bathroom near by….what do I do and is this IBS?
