I was thinking about getting a CO2 laser skin resurfacing to smooth and tighten my skin. I was wondering if anyone has had this procedure, what the down time was and your results.

Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm a little over one month post Co2 laser. I just had the small area done under my eyes and upper cheeks. I only allowed for one week healing prior to returning to work---big mistake!! If possible I would have allowed for at least 2 weeks. Not sure what areas you're getting done, or how invasive- I believe mine was rather light...and I still peeled at least 3 times (like a bad sunburn) and am still red but use green concealer under my foundation. My results are mixed at this point...definately much smoother - but still see some of the wrinkles- but that could be related to the dryness that still exists. Good luck!!
