I am interested in getting a facelift. Actually been thinking about it for about 5 years... I'm 47... want to get rid of loose neck skin and some jowling. Anyone know of a competant, trusting surgeon in the Philadelphia / South jersey Area? Have an appointment with a Dr. john Gatti... anyone heard of him? Any tips anyone who has had the surgery can give when researching for a surgeon?
