Greetings everyone,

Im new to this thread. I had to find somewhere someone can possibly help me determine whats wrong with me. Maybe someone on here has had similar symptoms, but im quite worried about it, so please feel free to leave your imput.

These are my symptoms:
-Sever pain in my head (towards the middle and back) that leads to my back and spine, like a very tight, knotty feeling.
-Hearing loss on occasion and im only very young.
-Disoriented
-Loud roaring noises in my head
-Feeling like I might pass out at times

Please if anyone can help me determine what maybe wrong with me, please let me know. I have been to the hopsital but they dont know and the community I am from is very small and it don't seem like they are trying to figure it out.

Please help asap!
Thanks

Those are symptoms that definitely a doctor should diagnose. I know how frustrating it can be going to doctors and not getting any answers. If you have a neurologist in your community, my advice would be to find one and get an appointment as soon as possible. Trust me, putting this off can only cause more problems. Let me know, ok?

Are you able to get a second opinion in another town? Possibly a specialist? It is very disconcerting to have symptoms you cannot identify, I am sorry I don't have a better suggestion or idea what it might be, but thought I would throw it out there that possibly you can get a second opinion as it seems it would be important to find out exactly what is causing this.

It sounds a bit like dysautonomia. A tilt table test with a cardiologist could rule out that disorder.

The symptoms are unfortunatly vague and can appear in many disorders...best bet is a neurologist to rule out anythign there and progress from there. Good luck
