Heavy, a young man your age does'nt need to take a dietary supplement. When I was your age, I was 5'4" and weighed around 180. A couple things I did that helped get the weight off was excercise and watch what you eat. I'm not saying turn your head from fast food, but either cut down or, if you have the will power, cut out. I used to drink at least two 44 ounce sodas a day while I sat around and played Nintendo. I got sick of my weight, I decided to start of with just crunches and push-ups, about 200 cruches a day and 200 push-ups every other day. Some cardio mixed in and you should notice inches and the weight dropping off. I noticed you mentioned camp with activities, nice, that sould help. Drinking a lot of water helped me also.
Your only 13, this could be a phase or it could not. I've seen kids that age that went through the same thing, only to notice them a few months to a year later about a foot taller and no weight problem. I'm not saying this is you, only God knows. Only you can decide whether to do something about it or not. Hang in there.

What does your diet consist of?
At 13 you shouldn't even consider those type of pills until you are 18

Any excerise you do wont mean jack unless you get your diet in order. It sucks because you are 13 and the only food options you will get from school and camp will be pure junk...even from the healthy options they MIGHT provide.
List for me your average meals throughout the day.

During the schoolyear,I was rushing out of the house so much to get the train,so I really don`t have brekfast. There is cafeteria in my school,so my mom may cook breaded chicken patties in the microwave.Anything I eat has chicken in it.She`ll give me like $5 sometimes, and I`ll get a BBQ sandwich and a Snapple. When I get out of school,I`ll buy a brownie, sometimes a pattie or a slice. For dinner,I eat whatever my mom makes.

Ok I figured your diet would be this terrible. You'll never lose weight eating that crap. School food blows, try to pack some kind of bag lunch.
What you need to do is eat breakfast in the morning. It's very important after a night of fasting while you slept. Here's some stuff you should be looking for in your meals (between 4-6 small meals a day)
cottage cheese, eggs, chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, lean beef, salad, low fat pork, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, wheat bread, fruits and veggies, nuts, fish etc. LOTS of water...only drink water and only diet drinks IF you have to. Just because you eat chicken doesnt mean you can load it up on BBQ sauce and other tasty carbs either.
You should be getting a lot of protein, less fat, and a lot less carbs. Grab some protein powder from a local GNC or online with a flavor you like and throw in some oats and a banana and drink that while you are in school. Camp and stuff should keep you active, but try to get in an extra 30 mins of cardio a few times a week and you should see the weight come off...roughly 2lbs a week if you are good at it.
Diet is so very very important, you must change what you eat to even have a slight chance of losing weight.

I heard that you should do cardio in the morning right before you eat breakfast or anything else. This will help you burn fat all day long as long as you sustain your cardio for at least thirty minutes. As for pushups and other strength training, you should do the exercise every other day or try alternating what strength exercise you day every day. For example, Monday-biceps, Tuesday-abdominals and so on. This will give your muscles a chance to heal

There isn't any hard scientific proof saying you should do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning. Lots of people have different opinions on whether you should or not.
In fact I can only think it is more harmful because there is a greater chance you will go into muscle catabolism from fasting all night. You want to lose fat not muscle. It's more important that you are just doing cardio.
HeavyM for now just stick to cardio and not about crunches or weight lifting just now. Get your diet and cardio in order than worry about that. Get a gym membership and walk or run on the treadmills or use the bikes and stop eating all that crap.
